Domestic Shipment Policy (Malaysia)

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

Shipping Rate and Estimated Time

We ship internationally. We will use DHL Ecommerce that under for the shipment. You will receive the tracking number through SMS once we had process your shipment. For those customer within West Malaysia , the estimated delivery time will be within 3-5 business days. For customer from rest of the countries, the estimated delivery time will be within 7-14 business days. We don't ship to Nigeria, Uganda & SA.

All sales are final. No return, refund or exchanges can be made. We only do refund if you can prove that our item(s) sold to you is damaged or not authentic.

**REFUND 

If there is any damage/missing to the product during delivery process, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any missing/damage products. Customer will be able to select their preferred refund method upon submitting the refund request. However, if the payment was offset using credits, the refund will be made in credits.
